Top´Rezidence Pomezí

The top´rezidence Pomezí project is a part of the well-known Prague residential district Košíře – which dates back as early as to the tenth century.  By the imperial patent of Emperor Franz Joseph I, Košíře was promoted to the status of a town in 1896. Its provincial suburban character came to vanish and new urban plans of Smíchov gradually adapted Košíře to urban life too. As early as in 1898 a tramway connection was established between Smíchov and Košíře, which even strengthened the close links between both the municipalities.

Nowadays Prague 5 – Košíře is a popular residential locality, which combines a fast accessibility of the city with living in the great outdoors.

The company KKCG RE held an international architectural workshop in 2016. The winning concept of the “living in a park” project came into being by the combination of the work of the studios of Bogle Architects (UK), Bauschlager Eberle association (AT) / Hnilička architekti (CZ), majo architekti (CZ) and ABM architekti (CZ).

The first stage of the top´rezidence Pomezí according to the design by the well-known Prague architect Petr Bouřil (ABM architekti) will offer 90 premium apartments in four four-storey houses with superstructures. The apartments have front gardens or large balconies and terraces. The top of the offer consists in two-level penthouses with large roof terraces.

All the apartments are designed as low-energy ones with decentralized ventilation and heat recovery and in a high-quality standard, the part of which are exterior aluminium blinds, electric installations for intelligent control systems and large-format windows, which offer beautiful views of Prague or the Košíře – Motol natural park.
