The Type F houses by Bogle Architects represent modern terraced townhouses with a thoughtful and economical layout.  Great emphasis was placed on striking an optimum balance between the price of this type of house and the high demands for quality with regard to current cosmopolitan lifestyles.

The architects made perfect use of the sloping terrain. From the street, the house is perceived as two-storeys; however, from the garden side, you will find another amazing space with a generous living room and a pleasant garden, ideal for relaxing or for a weekend barbecue.

The entrance to the house is therefore from the middle floor through the front garden, or through the single-car garage (a second car can be parked in its own space outside). On this middle floor, you will also find the master bedroom, which has an en-suite bathroom with views of the greenery.

A vertical staircase then connects the middle floor with the upper children’s floor and leads downstairs to the living room and the garden with beautiful views of the park. Children can enjoy two separate rooms with a shared bathroom, separate WC and terrace. The living room is connected to
a utility room with the laundry room and the storage space which may be used as a pantry or wine cellar.

Pleasant atmosphere in the gardens

Pleasant atmosphere in the gardens

The gardens of Houses F1 – F16 are smaller, but at the same time flat, and they provide sufficient and very cosy outdoor space, which will expand your living room with the possibility of sitting or dining in the fresh air.

Modern design street

Modern design street

Although the houses of Type F1 – F16 are designed as three-storey, they are perceived, due to their location on a slope, as only two-storey from the street. Thanks to the clever ideas implemented by the architects, who designed the transverse terraces on the upper floors between the individual houses, they look more like separate buildings, thus forming a pleasant and harmoniously adjoining street.

Excellent price-quality ratio

Excellent price-quality ratio

The Type F1 – F16 houses offer a very good ratio of quality and price. They all have less than 200 sqm of usable area, therefore their more attractive prices are achieved mainly by the smaller piece of land of each house. Thanks to the division of the usable area into three floors and the maximum use of terrain conditions in this part of the project, the architects of the Bogle Architects studio designed optimal and functional family houses with a small but sufficient and cosy garden.
